Grant recipient: West Bloomfield School District
This project will use Swivl kits to increase access to job embedded professional learning and increase the effectiveness of the district’s instructional coaches. Through the use of Swivl and face to face meetings, teachers will be able to observe each other and better analyze certain aspects of teaching and learning so they can set effective instructional goals. Teachers, students and building administrators will benefit from this technology as it will add a new gateway for coaching, mentoring, and peer observations.
