The CTN Board recently voted to award grants for project proposals submitted this spring. Grants were awarded to:
Oakland Schools to pilot the use of technology in a learner centered collaborative learning space.
Oakland Schools to develop technology integration lessons for Mathematics and English Language Arts through a collaboration of teachers, curriculum leaders, and technology integration specialists.
Lake Orion Community Schools to continue the middle school Virtual Reality in the Classroom project for an additional year.
Wayne RESA to provide maker training, curriculum, and maker materials to schools within Wayne County to increase STEM awareness and opportunities through project based learning and maker activities.
Wayne State University for a collaborative project with Henry Ford Community College to improve the mathematics courses for elementary pre-service teachers.
