The WSU College of Education was awarded a five-year grant from the U.S. Department of Education to address the critical shortage of critical shortage of math and science teachers, especially in urban school districts. The purpose of the project is to recruit 40 mid-career professionals to the teaching profession and provide an 18-month program of

The project will fund virtual STEM program opportunities for K-12 students who might not otherwise envision the possibilities of a STEM career.

Through this project, 56 technology-ready new teachers will attend the 2020 MACUL and receive ongoing support for innovative technology projects in their classrooms.

Students on the Autism Spectrum who attend Riverside Middle School in the Crestwood School District will create and use video modeling as a means to learn appropriate school and community behaviors.

Uses mobile coding labs to give students throughout the school district an opportunity to using coding to program a robot.

Introduces Swivl videos to add a new gateway for instructional coaching and mentoring.
